eBird/Merlin App Workshops in Lusaka, and Copperbelt Provinces - Zambia (30th November - 3 December 2022)

Have you been struggling with using both the eBird and Merlin Apps to record bird sightings? Have you been using different Apps and would like to learn how to use the two Apps to collect and share data and checklists with others? Well, this is an opportunity for you!! 

Cornell Lab and eBird have partnered with BirdWatch Zambia to hold workshops in Lusaka and Copperbelt provinces of Zambia on how to use the two Apps, share sightings with a larger birding community and contribute to the fast-growing citizen science base in Zambia!! The workshops will be conducted in; 

LUSAKA 

30 November – BirdWatch Zambia HQ lecture

1st December 2022 – The Livingstone International University of Tourism Excellence and Business Management (LIUTEBM) and Lazy J Sanctuary.

KITWE 

3rd December 2022 – Copperbelt University (CBU) and Chembe Bird Sanctuary
