Birdwatching is a great way to bring joy and wellbeing into daily life. We’re excited to partner with the Cornell Lab’s Bird Academy to support new birding journeys. In October, every eligible checklist that you submit gives you a chance to win free access to our Joy of Birdwatching course. This course provides beginning birders with tools and knowledge to get more out of each bird encounter—it makes a great gift for a friend or loved one who is curious about birdwatching!

Ten lucky eBirders will get this course for free from their October eBirding. If you like taking part in the eBirder of the Month Challenges, here are even more excuses to motivate yourself to get out birding.
