Alaska Bird Conference 2021
The 19th Alaska Bird Conference will be held virtually from Homer, AK November 15-19, 2021. This conference is a great way to learn more about the many avian research and conservation projects underway in the state. Talks will be centered around Conservation, Community and Population Ecology, Climate Change, Education and Outreach, Contaminants and Biotoxins, and Genetics with keynote speakers Dr. John Marzluff, Dr. Patrick Druckenmiller, and Erin Ranney. The Alaska Bird Conference will also hosts the annual Boreal Partners in Flight, Alaska Shorebird Group, and Alaska Raptor Group meetings.
