New Hampshire Bird Records 2021 Issues on the Web

New Hampshire Bird Records archives on the web are open to all and we’ve just added the four issues from 2021.

Remember the Roseate Spoonbill in Gorham? The Magnificent Frigatebird in Hampton? The state’s first Virginia’s Warbler? Harris’s Sparrow? White-winged Dove? Hooded Warbler? LeConte’s Sparrow? Yellow-headed Blackbird? It was the spring when Steve Mirick finally saw his nemesis Long-eared Owl in New Hampshire. The summer had lots of amazing sightings including an Eared Grebe, Lark Bunting, and Green-tailed Towhee! A very rare hybrid flycatcher appeared in fall and Hurricane Henri grazed southern New England. In December there were an unprecedented number of lingering warblers!
