    Details

    I managed a poor photograph of a gray-morph bird next to the Nature Center; heard 2 others on Center Road responding to calls.

    Details

    Allen heard 2 birds respond to recorded calls while I chased the 1st Screech Owl. We then heard, at one point, 3 birds tooting at once in one location, then 2 more birds at once farther down the road; Could not locate any roosting birds in the woods behind the Nature Center.

    Adult bird found by Karl Overman yesterday; he relocated this morning, and told us where to find it. Red head, black and white body/wings. Also seen by Allen, Pat and Joe.

    Details

    Good population of birds behind Nature Center in woods and at feeders. Seen everywhere.

    Details

    Five birds were counted by the group; I only counted 2. One was singing at dawn just behind the Nature Center, and several more heard "chatter" notes among flocks of White-throated Sparrows in woods south of Nature Center.

    Large flocks foraging off honeysuckle berry bushes in Heron Lagoon - up to 120 birds there alone.
