Yellow-browed Tyrant Satrapa icterophrys

Medium-sized migratory flycatcher found in forest edges and semiopen marshy areas. Note the conspicuous yellow eyebrow and belly contrasting with the olive-green back, pale wing feathers edges, and dark mask. Females are bit duller. Usually silent.
