Яванская пестрогрудка Locustella montis

Secretive brown warbler with pale underparts and indistinct streaking on the throat and chest. Endemic to central and eastern Java, Bali, Timor, and Alor. Favors areas with dense grasses and bushes in montane forest edge. Like other Locustella warblers, more easily heard than seen; listen for its song, a series of strange buzzy notes.
