POWERED BY MERLIN

Small becard found in humid forests, forest edges, and more open woodlands where it usually accompanies mixed-species flocks. Males are olive-green above with a yellow breast, a white belly, and a black-capped gray head. Females are similar but with an olive-green cap and a cinnamon shoulder patch. The song is a series of melodic whistles.
