Cactus Wren Campylorhynchus brunneicapillus

Large wren, with bold white eyebrow and dense spots on the breast. Aptly named, this wren rarely strays from desert scrub or coastal sagebrush scrub. Builds large, oval nest of sticks. Listen for harsh, grating call.
