Provisional: Observation considered Provisional for one of two reasons 1) population is breeding in the wild, self-propagating, and has persisted for multiple years; 2) rarity record is considered likely to represent a natural vagrant but which has been treated as provisional by regional BRC given possibility of captive provenance. Escapee: Observation pertains to an exotic considered Escapee (not established), often from a unique escape or release event.
