    Details

Continuing bird. I came specifically to find it. I looked in the low brush between the dog beach and the old platform. It took a while to find. Eventually heard it’s distinct metallic call, and saw it low on the ground going between the bushes that go into the bushes. Smaller looking thrush, body more elongated than SOSP, more slight than AMRO, darker above with lighter, heavily streaked breast and belly, bold light eye line. It was holding a berry in its mouth at one point. Too fast moving for photos, and poor lighting in the brush.
