specifically searched for the grebe with boat around Bahia de Santiago. birds similar to PBGR but larger, darker and with distinct ring around bill. one pair faced each other, bobbed heads up and down, then one chased the other. Eight individuals spread out through bay, mostly near where marsh vegetation present. the photo was taken with slide and 200 mm lens.
