   They were mixed in with Royal Terns. This is in the national park in Bonaire in a fresh water lake that is close to the ocean
   This was a popular site for birds and there were many species in the same area. The darkness on the end of the tail and leg color as well as typical range led me away from forester's tern and the bill seemed to small for caspian tern as well as the leg color. I believe there are 3 in the photo with multiple birds.
