This Warbler was flitting around my garden early in the morning. First I heard the low dry short chip, and I recognized this call from being very familiar with this species as a winter resident of the Cayman Islands where I lived for many years. I then saw the bird in a low tree foraging, it then flew to another tree. The description is as follows: black face and throat, blue upper parts including top of head, all bright white on the underparts. When it flew white was clearly seen in flight feathers and tail. I observed it for a couple of minutes as it flew and foraged in more small trees. I have no doubt at all in identifying it as the Black-throated Blue Warbler.
