Found by Pete Monacell!! Who also kindly waited to get Edge Wade, Paul McKenzie and I on the bird before he had to leave. Paul and I watched the bird for the next hour until Joseph Bieksza arrived. Seen on CR 4033 sitting in the same spot gathering grit from the southern edge of the road. Potentially a storm driven bird given the 3/14 storm system that cycled out of the SW with 50-70mph winds.
