Details
Mega rarity inland, female, actively diving very close to rocky dam face, on far end of dam when viewed from admin building, tried to see it from dam but it was too close in and hidden from view, mainly dark bird with round white dot behind eye, little white on front of face with small blue gray bill, believed to be a first Hampshire County record (my fifth first Hampshire county record with four at this location), distant photos and video.
