    I first heard two different I think male singers with that buzzing part of their song or a scratchy buzzing. Confirmed with Merlin. But saw only the birds movement near grapevines I could not confirm

    2 observed in the upper Vineyard on edge of grapevines. One observed on the tip of a branch maybe 20 feet up. To others simply heard

    At least 4 heard deep in tall deciduous and for trees outside the vineyards Quite strong male singing, but I could not get close enough to those trees to See visually

    In the open fields outside the vineyard many brightly colored goldfinches were observable and low maybe 5 foot tree down to the grass and flying short distances. In the Vineyard four or five more observed flying over the central pond and over one part of the grapevines

    At least five song sparrows observed in the first area of the Grapevines. Three strong male singing. Three observed flying from ground to fine or Vineto ground

    One male on the edge of a branch of a high deciduous tree perhaps poplar just on the edge of the upper Vineyard Lovely song

    Details

    The red wing blackbirds seem to have a home in in this viinyard and the surrounding areas. I saw eight blackbirds around the pond at the center of the Vineyard: 4 males strong singing on the top of a vineyard sign and on tree branches; 4 others feeding on the lawn around the pond. I saw four or five others flying over the Grapevines, and several more in the surrounding region.

    One stunning male seen first on the ground on the edge of a tree then flying off and I didn’t see more. The second Over the line near the Vineyard pond Just a quick look

    5+ observed. At least three Bright males with chipping calls not full song. Some on the edge of the fir words Others in the deeper very tall deciduous trees

    At least 2 Observed just over tops of the grapevines. Several more heard but not seen. Then two or three more flying in and out of grapevines in a different area
