Comments:
Acadia Birding Festival walk lead by Doug Hitchcox and Greg Miller. Relatively quite start; local breeders where all in place. Highlight was a cooperative Barred Owl that spent over an hour sitting along the edge of the trail towards the "tarn".

poor views of a large accipiter flying through the woods near a past nesting sight. Large size and gray-blue coloration good enough for me to be confident this was one of the local NOGAs but most of the group would rather call this unidentified accept.
