Viewed by 8 birders with scopes at 1/4 mile along New Dike Estuarine Trail south of green gate. Yellow belly, white throat, gray cape. Tyrant flycatcher profile with long tail. Tail seemed light brown, but could have been lighting. Could not make out outer tail feathers.
