    Comments: A large group of terns at the fish dock pier including many wheeling around and several perched on wires above the water.

    Comments: Typical Sterna type tern in partial non-breeding plumage with some white on the forehead and grey mantle and wings. Short billed compared with Roseate tern and nowhere near as pale. short tail streamers.Bill with some red at the base. Perched on wires above the water made identification easier.

    Comments: They were wheeling around the fish docks and a line of at least 9 were settled on wires above the water. Deep Orange bill shaggy crest a overall size separated them from other terns including Great Crested.

    Comments: Typical Sterna type terns in partial or full non-breeding plumage. Could not decide if any were Common or Roseate. Very actively flying around the dock area so watching one individual for long enough seemed impossible.
