Comments: Liam McGranaghan believes an immature Broadwing. They have larger and more pronounced spots on the chest than red shoulders. I don’t see evidence of the crescent window in the wing, nor is there patagium of the Redtails. Darker band on the tail is somewhat indicative of a broad-wing too.
