    Comments: Shinead spotted these four Bazas, leading us down the creek where we found the Paradise Riflebird and Regent Bowerbird.

    Comments: One bright male, two drab birds. Isolated population at this latitude. Previously unknown to this site - records exist for Bulburin and Kroombit Tops National Parks. Record shots of drab birds obtained (retrospective note: bright male photographed the next day, see list dated 8 May 2019).

    Comments: Finally, vindication of my heard-only records from 2018. As with Regent Bowerbird, this species exists as an isolated population at this latitude and is unknown to this particular site. Is known to Bulburin and Kroombit Tops National Parks. Male seen well and photographed.
