Su, 4 Jul 04 - The apparently summering singing male Northern Parula was observed again 6:15am-6:30am this morning 150-200 m/yds. up the dry streambed of the South Fork Kern River from the Sierra Way Bridge. Also present were a singing Warbling Vireo, abundant singing Yellow Warblers, a singing male Summer Tanager, and a family group of two adult Lawrence's Goldfinches feeding two fledglings. BOBA.
