Observed resting on sand bank near Laurel St. Bridge. When it rose to go in water, it stumbled and flapped wings to stay upright. Photo shows possible wounded leg splayed out in strange way. It did get to river and was able to dive.

Beady black eye surrounded by yellow; bright yellow throat, breast and tail coverts; greenish/olive back with black and yellow wing stripes, flitting quickly from spot to spot in willow thicket. Seen near Water ST. Bridge on West side.
