Flying back and forth from the beach to an open-water bathing spot several hundred yards inland from the visitor parking area. Around the time I left they formed a large circling flock above the bathing area and I took some group photos. A quick look at those showed only California Gulls.

gull sp.

Rough estimate of the portion of the large circling flock over the inland part of the wetland that I didn't examine. Presumably many of these were California Gulls.

blackbird sp.

Large flock on the ground around a group of cattle just south of West Ocean Avenue opposite the entrance to the park. At the time I was thinking these birds were mostly Red-winged Blackbirds and Brown-headed Cowbirds, but a helpful commenter said they think they see Tricolored Blackbirds, and looking again I think I may be seeing them too. Estimated by 10s afterwards from two photos that showed most of the flock.
