Comments:
Walked down and up the wayside crossing the bridge. Calm and clear. Rough surf with 10 ft swells. High tide.

A few birds foraging while the rest roosted. All were just south of the harbor entrance. 2 immature with black bill tips, 2 adults with all orange bills, and 10 roosting with their bills tucked so unable to age.
