First sighting in 3 weeks! When I first started on the trail was really hoping that I would see this bird although 5+ other birders had not been able to locate it. Was about to leave when I saw it’s booby like head poking out from behind the very top right corner of Egg rock. Within 2 seconds It took off flew back n forth awhile diving occasionally. Eventually It landed back on the rock on the very top right corner on the back side, just it’s head poked over at this point, could only be seen from about 1/3 mile past first view of egg rock from the south.
Long white wings, black wing tips, very bright white bird, booby bill, and black lining of bill. Great bird! Hope others can find it. I have poor picture of this bird, (really blurry white blob) although you can tell what it is.

Saw two at beginning of trail right next to each other, one was farther up the trail past egg rock.
