Comments:
Boat ramp. EBT and picnic area. Fort and MTA. NB lagoon and beach and roped off area (I did not count birds on Outback Key). Windy, area under a tropical storm watch made hearing and seeing woodland migrants difficult. Most beach area shorelines underwater due to moderate storm surge (also kite surfers were abundant).

Gray head, whitish throat and breast. Yellow belly. Outside edges of tail white. See photos. Was flycatching from trees at the entrance to the Gulf Pier parking lot (across from the white museum house).
