Is a different bird than the one seen for over a month at Frank's Dump. The main difference was the eyeline. The one at Frank's Dump had a more obvious eyeline had some buff or golden color mainly in the front and only a small bit behind that. It was slightly smaller and noticeably more slender than a Black-bellied Plover. And the wings projecting beyond the tail tip. The tips of 2 primaries extended past the tail tip. The 4 outer primaries were not evenly spaced unlike American Golden-Plover.
