This was a very large, immature accipiter, dwarfing the cooper's hawk it was dive bombing. My first impression was a Northern Harrier as there was a lot of white at the base of the tail, until I could see it better when it was not harrassing the Cooper's Hawk. Certainly bigger than the Coop.

Short primary extension, small eye ring, largish bill - bicolored, grayish head, olive green upperparts, no vest. Staying flycatcher low in the undergrowth.
