Individual 2 -- arrived approx. 45 mins. after 1st stilt was ID'd, was flying with another peep

Pectoral Sandpiper

Unsure about this ID -- initially thought pectoral due to bib like breast feathers, yellowish legs, base of bill has some yellow and overall size - wanted to confirm with Merlin Bird ID because remainder of breast was not cleanly white, it has some mottling, and there were dark patches under wings -- Merlin Bird ID called it a Ruff from 2 photos -- on stump and with wings spread -- then Merlin ID'd it as a Baird's from photo in water, but legs are wrong color. Hoping for some clarification if photos are reviewed. ID'g as a pectoral for now because it has most characteristics of PESA
