In the closed area along Freedom Way - perched in a dead tree just past the IC Parking lot. I was scanning for Olive-sided as one does at this time of year, and stumbled onto the kingbird perched with a couple of Robins. Grey head and yellow wash on lower front seen clearly. As I tried to get digiscoping set up, it flew down and N. I couldn’t relocate. Viewing of the interior of the closed section is problematical from most of the perimeter, and there’s no easy legal access. I’m sure it’s still around .
