Low estimate. Looked to be mostly Westerns. Lots of Leasts and others in the area, though. eBird flagged my original Western estimate as rare, so I second-guessed myself and moved 400 birds here. Thousands far out on the mudflats, hundreds flying back and forth overhead and around the boardwalk. Here's a small portion of one of many flocks scared up when a Peregrine flew through.
