Stayed 2 min on bird feeder by visitor center with grackles, white edge wing bar, eating, rest of body tanish

White supercillium, black lore, on hummingbird feeder, tan body, very active, very vocal, eating, blue breast, green upperparts, orange inner bill, greyish outer bill, stayed 20+ minutes.

Big , white head very big beak, black wing bars in flight, seen at the field by the birding trail, very big beak, not standing on shore like herons or egrets, got clear pictures, had a red tag on back, 7M in yellow writing, better picture will be shown later, stayed well over when we left, not vocal, calm, wading, better picture will be shown later, can’t transfer pictures onto mobile device.

Opposite of visitor center or shop, by rock resting, white crown, black lore, and rest of body except for neck different shade of blue, stayed for 20 min, big body.

Soaring above birding trail big field, looking for food and scavenging, big bodies with large wings, small pink head, stayed the whole time.

On tree at the feeder by the shop, not vocal, black back with white dots, tan/ buff head, resting and grooming stayed 4 minutes.

Bright red head, breast, sides, flank, and belly, dark brown lore and upperparts, flycatcher body, in parking lot, stayed 2 minutes.

White lore, rufous body, a little curved beak, whitish throat, pale grey underparts, in tree hopping around, casual behavior for a wren, stayed 1+ minute we could stay to watch it that much since a monsoon was coming.

On tree, a pair of female and male tanagers, stayed for 10 minutes, got good pictures but can’t upload right now, bright red and yellow, wings were a little duller red or yellow, had notches at the top of their heads, very vocal, dark red or yellow tail, in tree.

Western Tanager

Seen in tree, yellow head with just a little yellowish brown, yellow underparts, dulling yellow upperparts, all purpose beak, stayed 3 minutes, not vocal. In tree around field in birding trail.

Northern Cardinal

In trees around birding trail, some juveniles, some adults, juveniles had bright orange beaks, wither some red spots in their buff feathers, they also had a red tail, adults were very bright red with a big notch, not vocal, stayed 1-10 minutes.
