Wind NE, light, shifting W, light, clear and sunny with temperatures rising to 21C/70F. 45 minute sea watch from Rodeo Lagoon followed by a circuit of the main lagoon. Mammals of note: 4+ Black-tailed Deer, 2+ River Otter in the main lagoon and 1+ Harbor Seal offshore.
