Wind W, light, overcast with low clouds/fog above 300 feet, occasional light drizzle, 13C/56F. 50 minute sea watch from Rodeo Beach followed by a circuit of the main lagoon. Mammals of note: 3+ River Otter in the main lagoon (adult and 2+ young) and a Coyote.
