Seen well from canoe, distance of 20 yards and good lighting at 720 pm. Bird was on far bank from Seavey's Landing, would have been visible from shore. Notable for 2 clean plumes plus definite feathering on nape below bottom plume. Yellow lore, perhaps less extensive than a snowy. Maybe less yellow behind eye creating that impression? Regardless, lores not grey as the LIEG that has been photographed at the pannes.

Open to the possibility that it is just an odd Snowy, but have noted it as a hybrid for now given the speculation of hybrids around and very clear view of 2 plumes plus Snowy characteristics.
