Flying lowish over the Neathermead, seen from the path going from MD Monument to Neathermead, so it kept going in and out of view behind the trees on either side of the path. I ran out to the Neathermead, but by the time I got there, it had traveled out of sight.

Huge raptor being mobbed by something small and angry. Young, dark bird with limited, blotchy white in wings. Wings were long and straight, with long fingers.
