4 females 100 yards north of the northern beach access. Actively foraging just beyond the surf at low tide. Two separate dirty white patches on the face, one at the bill base and one over the ear. No white in the wing as they dove.

Great Shearwater

Resting in the busy inlet channel between the jetties, closer to the southern jetty; rode the tide into the inlet and then flew back to the inlet mouth.
