Red-necked Grebe

First located by visiting birder Paul Hicks on June 7th.
Much longer and heavier bill than eared/horned grebe. Neck too short for Clark's/western grebe. Also, reddish neck combined with white cheek are diagnostic for red-necked grebe. See photos.
