Bird was found by Bob H yesterday, relocated by Al S this morning. Seen by Andrew and I in the Forbidden Zone. Being mobbed by grackles. I could see the orange-type color, owl-shape and head shape, deep inside a tree, then saw the bird fly out towards the hedge. Poor but diagnostic looks. No photo, was raining so hard, my camera was in the car.

2 alders can be heard calling back and forth....I was standing in the middle, they were probably 20 feet apart
