Wind W, light but increasing, clear and sunny, with temperatures rising to 18C/64F. 20 minute sea watch from Rodeo Beach followed by a circuit of the main lagoon. Mammals of note: 1 River Otter in the main lagoon and 1 California Sea Lion in the green buoy offshore.

Glaucous-winged Gull

Flyover adult and a second bird present mid-morning which I put down to a bleached 2nd summer (3rd CY) or perhaps a hybrid Glaucous-winged/Glaucous Gull given how white it was. Glaucous Gull ruled out given the 'dirty bill'. Some poor digiscoped photos below.
