99F at start of effort. Humid. However, tons of shorebirds are finally present in Lancaster County after dismal numbers all spring. West end mud flats primarily.

Appeared to be a bird transitioning into first summer. Bird appeared to have a very pale bill, but it was also distant and in very favorable light which may have made bill look paler. Bill and head structure good for COLO.
