Wind E, light, shifting W, light to moderate, clear and sunny with temperatures rising to 15.5C/60F. 15 minute sea watch from Rodeo Beach followed by look a the main and inner lagoon. Mammals of note: Offshore: 3+ California Sea Lions on the green buoy and 1 Harbor Seal. Small spike of passerine migrants presuming do to the light offshore wind first thing.
