If not dead, dying. Continuing bird seen on beach by MAFR colony. Sitting. Moved slightly and raised wing at one point. I’m not sure if the wind did it.

Continuing bird. I spent 90% of the day on top of the fort watching the coaling dock ruins and the colony. The BLNO came to the ruins about 3 times but never settled down. Darker bird in good light, crown was restricted to the front half of head and slightly smaller bird only when in direct comparison to BRNO.
