Flyover at 7:39 flying due N/NW.As soon as I got my nocs on the bird, it was
apparent it was an AMBI.Dark flight feathers contrasting with
paler coverts eliminating night heron species.Bold rich neck streaking and whisker stripe, and rich brown color.Certainly not a species I was expecting on my walk this morning.
