Laughing/Franklin's Gull

Driving in rain when I saw a ring-billed sized black headed gull fly over my car. I had a very quick look through windshield of black wing tips. Did not see the white near black wingtip as in Franklin's, so I am tending toward laughing gull. But too quick of a poor look to confirm.

1500

At least 1000 at nesting colony and 500 in other locations
