Female. Main roadway just E of West Beach parking lot. 1233 hrs. Small, long-winged and short-tailed warbler with deep, pot belly. Long wing tips drooping below short, cocked tail quite often as it foraged. Flared supercilium. Aquamarine upperparts. I managed one record photo
