Seen by many birders in live oak trees adjacent to East Beach parking lot. Gray upper parts with light underparts. Dark eye with light stripe above. Short thick bill with characteristic vireo curve at the end.

Relatively dull warbler with side streaking, faint yellow side patches and distinct yellow rump. Two individuals seen; one at East Beach, and the other at the fountain area which was seen by many other birders.

Male and female pair seen at different locations; one by ranger house and other near the fountain. Confirmed different pair by travelling back and forth between ranger house and fountain several times.
