Surf Scoter

All dark except a couple white patches on side of face. In Cell 4.

Short-billed/Long-billed Dowitcher

Immediate impression was long-billed, but didn't dwell on it. (Certainly an orangy dowitcher.) Photo was obtainable, but didn't give the bird a second thought at the time. Because short-billed is at least as likely as long-billed, I'll call it a draw.

Red-throated Loon

Head usually tilted up. Head peaked at rear. Forehead sloped, not steep. Some dark feathering across base of throat. In Cell 4.
